THREE YEAR WARRANTY

HydroCo, hereinafter referred to as "the Company" warrants for three years from date of delivery to the original purchaser, that the HydroCo hydrotherapy product and/or products shall be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. The Company's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing and/or repairing, at the Company's discretion, any and or all defective componentry. The Warranty offer is limited to parts and labour in the first year and parts only for the second and third years. Refer to Company for further information.

Authorized returns only may be shipped at the Company's expense. The Company's warranty does not extend to any part of the product or products that may have been damaged due to shipment, improper installation, accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, site conditions beyond the control of the Company, repair or use not in accordance with the Product User & Installation Guide. No representation or warranty is implied with respect to compliance with any laws or regulations of the original purchaser's locale.

The Company's warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied and the provisions stated for replacement and or repair are in lieu of all other remedies. The Company's warranty does not imply that the product shall be merchantable or that it shall be fit for any particular purpose. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential damages or compensation arising from, or in conjunction with the use or performance of the products, or any indirect damages to any property, person, revenues or profit, or the cost of removal, installation or re-installation, including any and/ or all damages arising out of the inability to use the products. The Three Year Limited Warranty terms and conditions shall be deemed made in the State of Victoria, Australia - The Governing Law shall be Victorian Law.
